Queensland's young, active Turkish businessmen now can gather around this young independent, non-profit, non-government organisation. Although open to businessmen from all ethnic backgrounds, AYMA is a Turkish organization working for Australia's economic growth and prosperity.

What makes the organization "Turkish" is the fact that the founding members of the organisation are a group of Brisbane businessmen of Turkish origin. The organizations objectives and policies are stipulated by a committee; the committee members are made up of various executives of Australian companies.
